All Hanmaster products are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made roller shades.
Each Hanmaster roller shade is manufactured to order based on your specific measurements, fabric selection, and configuration choices. Because every product is uniquely made for you, custom-made products cannot be resold or restocked. This is standard practice in the custom window treatment industry.

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect:
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide a credit for the defective item. Damage caused by improper installation or misuse is not covered.
Since production begins immediately after your order is placed, cancellations may not be possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the production status of your order.
All Hanmaster roller shades come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please contact us for warranty claim details.
