We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Please contact us for special shipping arrangements.

All Hanmaster roller shades are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Please allow production time before shipping:
Total time from order to delivery = production time + shipping transit time. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
All roller shades are carefully packed in sturdy corrugated tubes with protective end caps and padding to prevent damage during transit. Package dimensions are optimized to minimize DIM weight and keep shipping costs as low as possible.
