All products sold through our Site are custom-manufactured roller shades and window treatments. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Products are made to your exact specifications and measurements
• All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products (see our Refund Policy)
• You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications
• Production times may vary depending on order complexity

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will be honored for that order. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

3. Shipping

Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Product Warranty

Hanmaster products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation or misuse
• Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading from sun exposure
• Modifications or alterations made after delivery
• Damage caused during shipping (report within 48 hours of delivery)
